If you have placed a new or upgrade order
for DirectRT v2008 you
can download it here (Windows Vista users, see note below).
Download and run the set up program. Afterwards, when you run DirectRT
v2008 for the first time on each machine, you will be given a code to send to
us. Each machine will require it's own unique code in order to run
DirectRT which we will send to you usually within 24 hours. If you haven't
purchased DirectRT yet and want to try it we'll send you a free trial code that
will enable DirectRT for 21 days.
Be sure to read the
license agreement and disclaimers during the set-up procedure. Also, be
sure to read the readme
file for notes regarding installation, set-up and system requirements.
Note that the
manual will be located in the help folder following installation.
DirectRT requires Microsoft DirectX Version 7 or later in order to run
properly. If you have DirectX already installed, you can check the version by
typing 'dxdiag' from the Run command on your Windows Start menu. If you do not
have DirectX version 7 or later, then you can download it here:
DirectX. Windows ME, 2000 and XP will not require
this download.
Note that this package for DirectRT v2008 is
only for users of Windows 95/98/ME/2000 and
XP . A beta version forWindows
