Perhaps the easiest way to deal with this would be to do a remote support session--let's try to arrange this via email and see if we can figure out why it works on XP but not Windows 7. I know we've tried the experiment many times here on one of our Windows 7 machines and can't get it to crash so I'm wondering if it has to do with the version of Windows 7, the hardware involved, or perhaps with some concurrently running software.
- Open System by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking System.
- Under System, you can view the system type.
