I need to run a video that exists on a website. How do I get that window to come up without exiting the media lab program?

Depends. Is there a web page already set up that links to the video? If so, you could simply display that page as an HTML item. If not, you could create one. Or you could download the video and store it locally and play it like any other video.
It's a video from youtube.com, so we can't download it and play it like any other video. When we put the web address in, it gives us an error and won't load the page.
Ah. Can you pull it up in Internet Explorer if you use your link directly in the address bar? If not, what link are you trying to use? Does this episode of Chad Vadar work for you?

So, I am correct in saying this? If you go to a link on YouTube, the link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=[someid#]. To get to just the video instead of the page, do you just put http://www.youtube.com/v/[someid#] for the url?
Yes, that appears to be the case! Thanks Eric.
