We are not aware of anything that prevents the 2014 version of MediaLab and the 2014 version of DirectRT from working with Windows 10. However, I would be happy to look at your files and see if we can resolve the issues you have.
Please make copies of your DirectRT and MediaLab files and either upload them here or send them to me at support@empirisoft.com (please reference case 25630). Please also provide specific details about where the error occurs in the files you send (i.e., the item names or rows of any .csv input files).
