    Question (case 14261)

    I wrote a csv file and it is telling me I have an error on a missing value for loc on row 3. This did not appear with the other files. It did not appear with rows 1 and 2 which precede it. Can you take a look, and let me know what I need to-do in order for it run. My personal email is nurity1216@hotmail.com. Thank you so much.
