The command you're using should work; however it may be worth noting that some laptops will not respond to the key command rt:28 properly (the Enter/Return key).
If you cannot get the enter key to respond, it may be because the number pad's enter key is taking priority over the default key code signal for the normal enter/return key on your keyboard.
Although this isn't very common, it appears that some machines may run into this problem. As of now we've only experienced this error with Lenovo laptops.
To remedy this issue I would suggest allowing for either of the two possible 'Enter' keys that may be present on the keyboard to be pressed to activate the RT. The following syntax should work, ' rt:28,156 '. Both keys are technically 'Enter' keys - they are just located within different locations on the keyboard.
