DirectIN keyboards, driver software fails to install

It already happened to me and all I did was pulled out all the usb cables that was previously installed and restarted my device which is also windows 7 64 bit. Surprisingly it worked for me. Try it out and see if it works for you not. Also do not forget to check your driver, are they updated to detect the rt keyboards?.

It's an interesting method, but technically I understand how rebooting the equipment with usb wires removed helped you.
