Existing data file - but I've checked and it doesn't exist! (case 18238)

    Hi there
I keep getting this message before my second Direct RT input program runs on MediaLab... 'Data file H\:My Documents\Project\MediaLab\data\input\7.csv already exists. Data from this session will replace the existing data. Is this what you want? (Note this warning may be turned off from the Tools menu.)'
I've checked my data and I don't have a participant 7 for it to overwrite :/ It keeps doing this with whatever subject ID I type in.
If I press yes, the whole thing still runs fine, but it is very distracting for my research participants so ideally I need to stop it from happening. Do you know can I can do this? as I don't know what the 'Tools menu' refers to.
    Thanks!

After you save any existing data that you want, try deleting the entire Data folder before running any new participants. This should take care of the message showing up.

If you want to manually suppress the Data Overwrite error message from showing up, open DirectRT to the main program window, click on Tools on the main menu bar, and then click on "Overwrite Warning" so that it no longer has a check mark next to it.
