2008.1 vs. 2008.2

I recently switched from the 2008.1 version to the 2008.2 version because we upgraded to Windows 7. I have an experiment with skipping and with using previous stimuli. When I run it on the old computers with DirectRT 2008.1, it works fine, but it doesn't on the new computers with DirectRT 2008.2. I also tried installing a 2010 version trial and it doesn't work on that either. Is there something new between these versions that could be causing the problems? I've attached my csv file for reference.
