MediaLab v2010 Freezing with PowerPoint Questionnaire (case 16855)

MediaLab is freezing when PowerPoint (PP) is used. I found a thread that said v2010 fixed this problem, but we are using v2010. The problem seems to occur when switching back and forth between MediaLab and PP. Any clues what may be causing the problem?

How are you trying to present your Powerpoint slides? Are you saving the Powerpoint slides as a .pps format (see http://www.empirisoft.com/medialab/h...mtype.htm#pp)?

Also, make sure that you are using the most recent version of MediaLab 2010, v2010.3.102. You can find your version by opening MediaLab and selecting Help>About MediaLab from the menu bar.

Also, could you please give me the URL of the forum thread where it said that a 2010 version of MediaLab fixed this problem?
