How do I program a game with a Payoff structure (case 16545)

    Hi all,

I'm trying to program a game with 200+ trials where participants pick between option A and option B on each trial. Each option has a specified payoff structure that depends on what they picked in the last 5 turns. I can articulate the payoffs with one equation. The payoff for picking A is n where n equals the number of times the participant picked A in the last five trials. The payoff for picking B is n+3 where n is still the number of times participants picked A in the last five trials. After each trial I want to display the number of points they earned on that trial as well as their cumulative points up to that trial.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do this in direct RT? If so, can anyone help me?

    Thanks!
