"The input file was requested but cannot be found"? (case 11840)

    Hello,

I have been trying to run an experiment that I finished editing a few weeks ago, and every time I try to select the file to run, I get the error message in the title. My professor and I have tried to run the experiment on multiple computers and laptops, yet only one ran successfully. The selected folder contains all of the data and files the experiment should need, so I'm not sure exactly what I may be missing.

    Any ideas?

    Any comments would be appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Holly

    Holly,

Could you please post a copy of your .que and .exp files to this forum thread? I'd be happy to look at them and see if I can spot the problem.

    Hi Jason,

There are actually two posts on this topic (here's the second one, http://goo.gl/VApmCT). I apologize for the double posting. We also figured out the issue. Our folder name contained a comma and this interfered with DirectRT running the input file.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Yeah, that sounds like it would do it. Glad to hear that you found the source of the error.
