    Data files missing (case 10917)

We had requested trial license codes for Direct RT on September 30th. We wanted to run a study that used Medialab and DirectRT in our behavioral lab. The study was run over the last 2 weeks (Oct. 7th - Oct. 18th).

Today, we started grabbing the data files from the computers. The medialab data files are saved to each computer. However, the DirectRT data files are missing from 14 of the 15 computers. These 14 computers are also currently unable to run the study. The license codes expire today. So it makes sense that the study can no longer be run. However, the data files should be saved to the computers. Only 1 of the 15 computers has the DirectRT data files, and this is also the only computer that continues to run the study (although the license should have expired?).

It is evident from the medialab data files that the DirectRT portion of the study was run fine. Those columns are recorded as "ok" and there were no problems in lab for the last two weeks. So I don't think the problem is with the study itself.

We are unable to figure out where the DirectRT data files have been saved, or even if they were saved. Please help!

Did you place all of your DirectRT files in their own folder? If so, then the data file should have been written in that folder. If you did not arrange your DirectRT files in this manner, where did you place them? Were they located in a single folder at the same file tree level as your MediaLab files?
