I also noticed that the movie file in the questionnaire file from your first post was on a drive named G. Are some of your study files, like the movie and image files, located on a network drive? If so, try placing all of the study files in the same folder on the physical hard drive of the computer and see if they movies and images appear as they should.

The version I sent you was off of a thumb drive. I moved the files to the individual computers and updated the locations of the files. When I am running the programs on the computer all of the files are on the hard drive of that computer.

Do the problems with the videos occur when the files are located on the computer hard drive?

Yes, the problems still occur when the files are on the hard drive. The computer that I created the files on recently was not working and had to be completely reformatted. I think that may have corrupted the files. I recreated the files on another computer and was able to get it to work. The only issue is that the video file will only play when it is located in the downloads folder. When I copy the video file to the folder with the rest of the documents and update its location in the files, it will not play. We can successfully run the experiment now so it is not necessary to fix this issue, it is just a little strange. Thanks for the help!

I'm glad to hear that you found a way to run the video files in your experiment, but it is odd that your video file needs to be in a particular folder to run. If you have time, I'd be curious if that video file plays in the Windows Media Player when it is only in the download folder or if the video will play in other locations on the hard drive.
