DirectRT always asks for data overwriting (case 4215)

    Hi,
I have the exact same problem described in this thread:
    http://www.empirisoft.com/support/showthread.php?t=2383

When DirectRT takes over I get the following message in all computers:

Data file ......... csv already exists. Data from this session will replace existing data. Is this what you want?

Previously, when this kind of error message appeared, it meant that we had accidentally entered the same participant number twice. Now it shows the same message systematically no matter the participant number we enter and on all computers.

I would appriciate your help with this,
    Thanks,
    Eden

Two quick questions first--whicg version of DirectRT are you running--i.e., 20xx.x.x? And what kind of subject IDs are you using? Does it help if you enter an ID such as 1234? i.e., vs. a very large number or an ID with letters in it?

Hi, I am working with version 2008.1.0.11 and the problem occurs for any number, also "regular" ones such as 1234, 123..
    Thanks!

Are you using the appropriate version of DirectRT 2008 for your Windows Operating System?
