MediaLab only collecting one probes data set (case 3441)

Running an experiment with multiple probes (3) per message. Ran the experiment. All the messages played correctly and the probes were present. However, when I checked the probes.sav file only one of the message responses saved. The rest of the message responses were blank.

Attached is the probes file, one of the .que files and the probes.sav.

    upload questionnaire files with probes

    Hi JensenMoore,

I’d like to help you solve this problem and I’ve looked at the files you uploaded. Could you please tell me where the variables in the probes.csv file are in the questionnaire file that you uploaded? If these variables did not get recorded from this questionnaire file, could you please upload the questionnaire file that does contain these variables? This would help me to try out your files on my computer to see if I can recreate the situation you are facing to better work towards a solution.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Were both of you able to solve the issue? If so, how?
