    Video Problem (case 2315)

    Hi there,

I am having issues with the experiment I am currently trying to create. I am trying to embed a video (.mov) into the middle of an experiment file. The video is preceded by a set of questionnaires and then following the video clip there is another set of questionnaires. Everything is fine untill after the video clip plays. Once the clip has run through nothing happens. The screen remains blank and does not proceed to the following questionnaires.

Any advice on how to fix this problem would be most appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Amanda

    Hi Amanda,
I wonder if MediaLab is stopping after the video is because it is an .mov file, which is associated with Quicktime. MediaLab is supported by Windows Media Player. You can show an .mov by selecting this preference in MediaLab, but it still may be the root of our problem. Try converting the video to another format and trying that video. There is a lot of freeware out there (like Any Video Converter) that you can try.
