Hi! If you poke deeply in the PC's Device Manager control panel, you'll find the parallel port you're using. Click on it, then look through the tabs on the displayed window. What address is the port assigned to?

May also simply be a v2010 compatibility issue with Windows 7. A number of TTL issues were resolved for Windows 7 in version 2012. Any chance you could try that on one of your machines to see if that resolves it?
Hi,
Thank you so much for the replies.
I have this information in Device Manager:
VSCom PCI011H-EP1 controller
Ports for this card: Parallel 1 -->LTP3
Resources: I/O-Interval E030-E037
I/O-Interval E020-E023
I/0-Interval E000-E01F
Memory Interval 00000000FE500000-00000000FE500FFF
I already downloaded MediaLab version 2012. Just waiting for the code.
Please let me know if this is the information you required.
Thank you so much,

Hi,
Since I installed version 2012, I/O test does not even start when I click on it. I'm trying to send a trigger to BIOPAC, when a piece of music starts playing. Could you tell me if this parameter example is correct? (d3, <128:888:3000). If it?s correct what kind of reaction should I get in the other computer screen?
Thank you so much,
Goncalo

Which version of v2012? There's a full version number in the 'help' menu...
Version 2012.4.118
It's realy strange. After installing this version, IOtest.exe does not run. And before installing v2012 IOtest was able to run. Even tried using compatibility mode and still nothing.
