Slider bar - add notches?, etc. (case 473)

Hi, I've used the slider bar posted on this site and its great. I'm not too experienced with html code, and so I was just wondering if there was a way to show notches on the bar? For example, if the slider went from 1 to 100, with increment points of 10, is there a way to have notches at each of those points to make it a little clearer?

Also, is there a way to not show the number on the far right that the person picks (i.e., to just show the slider)?

    Thanks.

Hi JTZ. I'm not sure about the notches, but I think I can help you with hiding the input value. I've attached a modified slider that hides the value from the user. I added the attribute hidden = "true" to the slider. I should note, though, that I don't have access to MediaLab at the moment, so while I know the code works in a browser I'm not 100% sure it will work in MediaLab. Sorry if it's a wild goose chase!
