Disabling the Escape and Windows keys?

Use the following Reg-Key to disable:
ESC, Left-Win-Key, Right-Win-Key, Application-Key

On the entire machine:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout]
"Scancode Map"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,05,00,00,00,00,00,5B,E0,00,00,5C,E0,00,00,5D,E0,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,00

Per user:
