Troubleshooting(Blank screen pops out in the middle of running questionnaire)

Hi Empirisoft,

During pre-testing, it just froze and pops out blank screen for no reason.
We checked the numbering of position, image files and every thing we can possibly look for but so far could not locate the problematic site. Also, we checked several things that you guys suggest and answer to those questions are stated below.

Q.Does the same thing happen on multiple machines, or just one? Problems that replicate are usually much easier to fix!

The error pops out on multiple machines.



Q.Is it seemingly random or predictable? Do you have to do something to make it happen?
The error(blank screen) always occurs at certain timing but it was hard for us to locate the problematic site.



Q.Does the same thing happen with any of the samples that come with MediaLab or is it specific to a single file that you've created (see above)?

It is specific to a single file.



Q.What version of MediaLab are you using? You can find this by clicking "About" on the Help menu. What version of Windows are you using?
Have you tried making sure that no other programs are running at the same time that might be causing some kind of interference?

Ours is Medialab 2006.2.30 and we did not use any other programs while running the questionnaire.
