Can I run an audio file from a probe.cvs file like I would an image? I don't want to prompt a secondary response with a tone because of the nature of the primary stimulus and issues with controlling volume.

No, currently it's image files, TTL signals and tones. Sound files would be a nice addition though. You mentioned independent volume control though--I wonder if this might help:

See the section there called "Adjusting Speaker Volume Automatically During Session".
Or, if you want to get way too fancy, you could send TTL signals to another program or machine which could in turn play audio files when signaled. That is beyond the scope of our help though.

We're working on a few options. One solution appears to be driving up the primary stimulus volume in another program, then bringing it back down along with the tone. If I find a better solution, I'll post it.
Thanks for your help.
