Questionnaires Saving to Wrong Place

I looked through the message board, but was not really finding anyone who has had this problem.

Some background: We double enter all of our experiments. So we have "Data Entry 1" and "Data Entry 2" files.

Each experiment is made up of approximately 24 individual questionnaires.

My problem is that the 4th questionnaire in the series appears to not be saving to the Excel file correctly. It actually looks like the information entered in the 4th questionnaire is saving in the 3rd questionnaire spot.

To make things interesting, this is only happening with the Data Entry 1 file, not the Data Entry 2 file!

And it's only on version 10-12 of the experiment. Not in 1-9.

Help?
