red x to either a slow response or an incorrect response

About two years ago, I wanted to program an go/no-go task in which a red x appeared if a participant made an incorrect response; the tricky part was that the red x should appear if the participant made a slow response (outside response window of 600ms) OR a response to a distracter word. At that time, directRT wasn't able to do this. I've looked through the manual again and the directRT how to threads, but I haven't found a solution. Is it possible to have a red x appear if a participant responds outside a response window of 0 to 600 ms, OR makes a "go" response to a distracter word?
