    First thing I would try is uninstalling the current versions from one of your machines. And then install either the 2008.1.22 version you have on your other machines:

    www.empirisoft.com\download\ml2008\old\ml2008.1.22 .exe

    Or the most recent version of MediaLab that was released before and changes were made to the installation package to avoid memory leak issues in Vista and Windows 7:

    www.empirisoft.com\download\ml2008\old\ml2008.1.33 .exe

    I would recommend the latter first, but .22 might be better if you want to be more conservative and have the exact same version running on all machines.

    A newer version has been posted that looks as if it may take care of these issues (ml2008.1.33e or later, see main download page at www.empirisoft.com/download.aspx).
