Have you tried using a different clip altogether--e.g., a short mpeg or avi downloaded from the internet? If so, do you have a small sample clip you could attach along with the que file? I can try to replicate the problem here and help to troubleshoot it. Also, any specific error text that you can report would be helpful, including error message #, title, and message text.
