Backsound not working

the plot thickens... it works on my office computer (in ML), but not on the lab computers. I even tried burning the song to cd (as mp3 cd) in intunes and then using that file, but still doesn't work on the lab computer. could it be something weird like a computer program my office computer has but not the lab computer (e.g., itunes)? it's not a protected song, by the way, and plays on the lab computer if you just double click on it.

I fixed it. Involved burning the song to cd as audio cd, then reimporting song. Must have been something weird about the original file. In any case, it is working on the lab computers now.
