Hello-

I would like to be able to display a scenario and several questions on one screen, so that the participants will be able to refer to the scenario as needed-the first response is text and the remainder likert

I'd like the scree to apprear as follows-

Scenario Text
1. Question (response text entered by participant)
2. Question (likert)
3. Question (likert)
4. Question (likert)
