MediaLab freezing at questionnaire completion

I have created a questionnaire file which runs smoothly, but at the end of the questionnaire, participants do not receive a message to "please inform the experimenter that you have completed this portion of the session." Rather, the program freezes on a purple screen and can only be exited using ctrl+alt+delete, at which point I receive a prompt that the program is not responding.

I have tried to transfer the file to another computer, and the problem persists. In addition, I have attempted to replicate the questionnaire, and the problem remains. The program ALWAYS freezes at the very last screen.

I am using version 2008.1.11, and I have attempted to close all other programs that may be interfering, but nothing changes.

I have attached the folder with all of the information pertinent to the experiment.

Our goal is to begin running participants by Friday, so immediate help would be greatly appreciated.
