    What version are you running? Check out the release notes for 2006.2.19 and see if it helps:

    did the DirectRT update fix this problem?

    Did updating to DirectRT version 2006.2.19 fix the problem of no data for the open ended responses? I have been using the 2006.1.0.16 version and I too cannot find the data for open ended responses.

    Yes, it's fixed as of 2006.2.19.
