    In the current version, I don't believe there is an option to prevent subjects from changing their mind and clicking the cancel button. However, if you were to use the Advanced Features (see users guide for documentation, a tutorial and sample) and create a responses.xls file, you could enter and track their response to this item. Create a complex skip value in the responses.xls file that basically says "if the response to this question is "" (aka "blank") then assign a skip value to the item that equals its variable name. When a question has a skipto value that is its variable name, then it will simply repeat itself. In this case, subjects would have another opportunity to select "Other" or to select a different response.
