    Is there a record of our license numbers?

    Our stolen laptop has been found again in the IT department. Unfortunately, they completely wiped clean the harddrive, meaning we have to reinstall MediaLab and DirectRT. Do you keep a record of the licence codes we have installed? If you have those readily available, I would appreciate if you could send me these licence codes as well, and I will make sure we keep it on record here as well.

    We do, but they are only good the first time you use them--if you reinstall, you will need new codes. Just send us the new numbers that come up after installation (send them to sales@empirisoft.com) and we will get you replacement codes asap, no problem at all.
