you could try setting up the final instructions as a separate questionnaire, splitting it from instructions #1 and the questionnaire file. then, set up a new experiment with the first set of instructions / scale items as first in the experiment, and the 'final instructions' questionnaire in second position. you can add a duration parameter to the entire first questionnaire if you are in the experiment (not single questionnaire) editor.
