Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
It would seem that the software is having a problem recognizing the Managed DirectX component.

In order to remedy this problem you can either download a newer copy of the beta, or complete the following steps (assuming the copy of the beta that you're using is .13 or lower).

1. Press the windows key + R (this will open up the run dialog window).
2. In the dialog box, enter the following (assuming you installed in the default directory):
"C:\Program Files\DirectRT\ManagedDX\DXSetup.exe"
Include the quotations.
3. Install and walk through the Managed DirectX process in the new window that opens up.

Once this is complete, try re-launching DirectRT.
