Merging data files from different computers?

    [edited from support email]

I would like to purchase MediaLab software for a project I am working on. Is it possible for data collected on separate laptops to be combined into one data set to analyse? I will be downloading the software programme onto 3 laptops which will be used for collecting the data and then would like to download all of the data onto one main computer (which will also have the software downloaded onto it) to analyse. Is this possible to do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Than you for your interest in our software. Yes, there is a utility we provide, called DataMerge, to combine data files collected on different machines. MediaLab also creates native .sav files for SPSS--those you can merge easily also through SPSS's data merge function.
