Different Conditions write differently in v. 2004

For at least one variable, the data is different for Males and Females (Conditions 1&2 vs Conditions 3&4). Variable s5b is text for males and numeric for females. Also, variables c1b c2b c3b c4b c5b c6b c7b c8b are all missing for females. I have looked through the data files, the medialab files and can not figure out what the problem is.

I started looking through your files we received via email but there was a lot to sort through (35 que files!). If you are still looking for help on this, I'd be happy to do what I can. First though, let me know where I ought to look for these variables. The first thing I would do is run them via a modified .exp file that administers only these questionnaires--once under condition 1 and once under condition 3. In fact, if you could do that part and replicate the effect with this simplified version of your study then I could probably make quick work out of isolating the cause of any data discrepancies.
