Blair and all: Apologies if I've missed this in the forums, but have you posted anywhere the update that the DRT manual says is needed to run Reduce Files?
Thanks,
Fred

It's still a work in progress. I've attached some preliminary files and documentation that might help--please let me know if you have any questions or problems with it. The file is called data_reduction.zip (see the link below)
Also, here is another link you might find helpful--a discussion regarding the reduction of IAT data files:
www.empirisoft.com/support/showthread.php?t=836
Here is the link for the data reduction zip file:
On the third page of the word documentation enclosed in this zip folder, it says that we can use a data restructuring tool to convert DirectRT data files into one single spreadsheet. The instruction says that the tool should be found in the "Emirisoft data restructure" folder which should come with our software. But I couldn't find such a folder in the software package. Does it come only after 2006 (ours is the 2006.2.0.25 version)?
Thanks.

Yes, I see what you mean--where it says [Empirisoft data restructure]--that was intended as a placeholder for the actual path we use when the tool is deemed final and ends up being included as part of aregular installation. As of v2008, though the revised reduction tool is still available only as above in its test form (i.e., data_reduction.zip).

HI, We have DRT 2012 and still has the same instructions. Are there updated instructions or updated macro available?:
Let’s begin by walking you through an example data conversion:
(1) Open the [Empirisoft data restructure] folder that came with your software. Here, you should see:
(a) Several numbered (.csv) subject files (containing data of the type that is collected via DirectRT).
(b) Empirisoft data restructure.xls, a copy of the tool (an Excel file) that will help you convert your data files into a single spreadsheet.
These instructions would still apply to DirectRT 2012.
