    problems with style editor

    Hi,

I've been creating my own styles for the Style editor and am frustrated with the system.

I create a new style (e.g., 13), include it in my input file (in the stim column in this case "#rating <13>"), but I often get a message that "Row 3 requests style code 13, which does not exist in the style file (.drt) for this session".

Row 3 is definitely the first place that the style is encountered. I have not been able to get the program to work in this particular case, though restarting has helped in the past. That is, on previous occasions I have gotten similar messages regarding different styles I had just created.

Could you please let me know what is going on here? I have tried saving the style multiple times, closing the style editor, closing the input file, retype the style number, and restarting my computer.

I am at a loss as to why this is happening.

Can you zip and send or post a copy of your experiment folder so we can try to replicate the problem here? Please be sure to note the version of DirectRT you are running.
