    Get a value of "none" as a response option?

    [edited from another post}

    I would like to anchor a Likert scale with "none" at the lower end. None alone results in no label, 'none' or "none" shows ' and " respectively. How do I just get "none" without quotation marks?

    since "none" normally indicates that you do not want a label, you can trick MediaLab into showing it by putting a space after it, i.e., "none " without the quotes.
