May I ask what the cause was? Just curious in case it happens to someone
else.
When I made the changes with the java script, I forgot to change all of the variable names in the code. All of the htm forms were pulling the data to the same variable column.
Oh yes, I've done that before! To other interested users, be sure to read the section regarding variable names in the "Custom Items" section of the user's guide--especially when using a single html file across multiple instances of a custom items within your experiment.
