Changing the pre-set instruction messages into Spanish

My colleague and I are trying to run a study in Spanish. My colleague doesn't find a problem in uploading our Spanish questionnaire there, but how can we change the pre-set (template) instruction messages, "Press Enter when you have typed your answer", or "Continue" button at the bottom of the screen into Spanish? If a Spanish version of Medialab is available, it will be no problem. However, isn't there any chance that we edit those instructions in Spanish in English version of Medialab?

    Awaiting for your helpful advice,
