    Questionaire Background does not display

i have a jpg as background. When I run the single questionaire it works fine, but within the Experiment the background does not display. I have reworked the directory and it is correct...what may be the problem?

Are the exp and que files located together in the same folder? If not, try that. If so, please zip and post the exp, que and jpg files and I'll take a look.

Unable to view que background in exp file

When the questionaire's are run individually the background shows up just fine and on the initial preview of the experiment the background was in the exp file. However, now it just won't show up in the experiment file. Attached is the zipped file

Where is you .exp file? I noticed it's missing from the zipped folder. Remember that the .exp file and .que files need to be located in the same folder unless you are going to specify the full file paths of the images.

Ah, I was looking in the folders that had your que files. If you specify a filename without a path such as "myimage.jpg" then MediaLab assumes the filepath to be that of the experiment (.exp) file. Good arguments could be made to do it otherwise, but that's just the way it is. Consequently, if your .exp and .que files are located in different folders, you need to be careful when specifying filenames without paths.

There are a few different ways you could fix this. If it were me, I'd simply move the two que files out of the subfolders and into the main folder with your exp file. Then the annoying part--in your que files, I'd change the references to the images from "myimage.jpg" to "subfolder/myimage.jpg".

    Does that make sense?
