You mentioned that these machines are not connected to the internet. Is that most or ALL? Is it possible to see if this error replicates on one that does have internet? Can you also give me a rough estimate of:

1. the number of machines total
2. the number of those on which this is happening
3. the number of times, say out of 10, this tends to happen on a typical machine with this problem.
