Keeping a running tally and displaying it at the end of blocks (case 14924)

A similar question was asked a few years back and the admin said they hoped to have this function in future versions of MediaLab/DirectRT. Is it now possible to do so in the current version? And if so, are there any suggestions of how to do this?

I think this was mentioned by researchers aiming to replicate the Iowa Gambling Task on DirectRT, but I just wanted to see if anyone has been successful in tracking responses and providing a running tally for participants on screen?
