Reduce data (case 438)
The help file says that there is a function to condense data files (see excerpt below) but i can't find it. Where is it located?
Reducing Data Files
We have been working on an Excel-based utility to help reduce individual DirectRT data files (or any vertical data files) into a single, one row per subject data file for easier analysis. This program provides options to block, recode and calculate new variables. This utility is freely available to DirectRT users. To run the program, select "Reduce Data" from the Tools menu.

Hello jzadra,
I, too, couldn't locate the utility at first. I did a quick look at the program file folder for Direct RT and found it here:
DirectRT/Utilities/Data Restructure (DirectRT)/data_restructure
Inside is a documentation file in MS word that guides you through the restructuring process. It looks like the terms "restructure" and "reducer" are both used.
Hope this is what you are looking for-seems like it will be a real time saver.
