Questionnaire countdown clock not working

Hi,
I am trying to provide a set amount of time for completing the questionnaire file called MathTest (attached) and the way I have it set up in the experiment now (see attached UnprimingST.exp) it is not working. That is, the countdown does not show up for a while and then when it does, it goes away, but does not end the questionnaire as it should. Instead it just disappears and does nothing. I tried converting to scale response items in the mathtask instead of multiple response with a limit of one answer, but that didn't work. There are no timed items within the questionnaire. What could be wrong?
I am out of ideas. Please, please help.
