Style Code 2 (case 2546)

Hello! I am attempting to create a very simple prime followed by "agree or disagree" question set. Only 20 distinct images and they are each a separate trial. However, when I attempt to run the file, I am getting the error "Row 2 specifies style code 0 which does not exist..." I've tried some of the suggestions in the "older versions" forum, but to no avail. I have attached the .csv file.
Please know, this is my first attempt to use Direct RT. Other portions of this file may make no sense, and any suggestions there are appreciated, but right now, I can't even get the file to Run. Thanks so much!
