I have noticed that when I run an experiment/questionnaire and it gets to the video file, the video doesn't play unless I first activate the task manager. Even then, it plays with a black bar in in one of the corners. Any suggestions?

Can you attach a copy of your que file? Also, is there any chance you could install MediaLab v2010.3 on one of your machines to see if that resolves it? That would help rule out many other potential causes. If you email sales, they can send you a free code to use it.
