Parallel Port and Vista

Has anyone on this forum found a parallel port card that is Windows Vista compatible and allows the port address to be set. We bought a new computer and have tried two different cards (including one mentioned on this forum). For both cards the assigned address is not compatible with Media Lab or Direct RT for generating ttl pulses to time lock the collection of physiology data and there is no way for us to set an address that is compatible.

Alternatively, has anyone found a supplier where we might buy a new computer with a large hard drive, extremely high RAM, and high end video and sound cards (we play a lot of videos for subjects) that might have an internal parallel port and come with Windows XP?
