I have many scale response items in a questionnaire. When I look at the data in excel, most data is recorded correctly (numeric values). However a handful of the variables data is recorded as "ok." What does this mean? I have looked to see what could be different about these "ok" variables, however I can see no difference between these and the ones that are being correctly recorded.
